Inspired by precious creatures, the romance of nature, day dreams, medieval art, and folk stories. The artist illustrates, paints, then stitches artworks entirely by hand in a needlepoint medium, primarily petite-point style, re-invigorating the centuries-old craft within a contemporary context.

She aspires to accentuate human experiences in a combinatory way; collapsing the boundaries between senses and to visualize the unseen reality that we feel. The artwork explores transformation, sovereignty, and magic through earthly and otherworldly imagery.

Guided by intuition and over twenty years of spiritual practice, the artist transforms thread into prayer. She shapes energy and intention into form with her hands, heart, and voice. With every stitch woven during creation, a prayer is spoken. Her amulets are tangible vessels of blessing, crafted to bring favor and light into the lives of those who receive them.

Crafted slowly by one pair of hands; each original piece can take 1-10 weeks (custom order 3-10 weeks) to fully complete before shipping depending on scale, color, and subject. The studio is located in Berkeley, CA, US.
