When not in use, store flat in a cloth dust bag (provided with each garment) away from direct sunlight, to preserve the integrity of the textile

What to do about a spot or stain?
We are not responsible for damages incurred after purchase by the buyer or otherwise.
DO NOT HANDWASH OR MACHINE WASH
DRY CLEAN ONLY. Seek professional dry cleaning services near you and inform them of the delicate handworked needlepoint panel.
If you MUST spot clean, for fresh stains only, blot the stained area gently with a clean barely damp cloth. Do not rub vigorously. If needed; use a mild detergent solution and carefully dab the stain- then using a damp clean cloth, blot the detergent solution and stain out, and blot dry with a dry clean cloth. This method should only be used very occasionally, as it risks warping the panel and pulling the stitches. Spot clean only with the utmost caution, it is very tricky. Dry cleaning is the safest and recommended option.

What kind of metal is in the accessories?
The setting is a zinc alloy and due to the thrifted nature of the chain it may be a different metal in the chain for every product.
Are the artworks one of one?
Generally, yes. However, I may repeat my own designs as many times as I like until I decide not to. I will not repeat works that have been specifically commissioned by a client.
Where do the donations go?
A percentage of each purchase will go to The Nature Conservancy. Donations will be made at the end of each calendar year. We are open to suggestions and may rotate between different conservation groups. The art is inspired by nature and it’s creatures, we give back to our muses.
