Returns & Refunds

All orders and purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Please reach out if there are problems with your purchase.

Shipping

We ship from the United States. Most domestic and international orders are sent via USPS. To see shipping costs and estimated delivery times, please add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Please note that preparation time is approx 1 week + shipping time. Preparation and shipping times are estimated and are subject to change, however we will always endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping on orders over $450. It will be applied automatically at checkout.

International orders

International orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination.

Orders outside of the United States over $450 may be shipped via DHL for faster and more reliable delivery.

Please note that international orders (including those to the European Union) may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees. These charges that are determined by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery. For more information or estimates on those costs, please contact your local customs office.

Damaged Items

We are not responsible for damages incurred after purchase by the buyer (or otherwise). Please contact us within 30 days and provide pictures if the item is faulty upon receiving. We will still try to help.

Lost or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, please let us know if this happens. If you live somewhere prone to stolen packages, contact us before shipping so we may discuss other options.
